Therapy For Individuals

I work with individuals, couples and families on a wide range of issues, with the core goal of tapping into one’s own inner resources in order to develop self-awareness, esteem and confidence. Through a holistic and active approach involving mind and body, I guide and facilitate the process of learning to manage strong emotions and developing a healthy inner voice, along with the ability to listen to that voice–to trust one’s gut instincts and to know what it is you need and want, now and always.
